With some adaptation to impedance it can be done much less complex. In this frequency range it doen't make sense to work with a gyrator. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4614440918188032

cool but the idea here is without using inductor... so the two opposite op amp and the resistors and capacitors between them.. act like an inductor

Thats what I said, its called gyrator and can be replaced with an ordinary coil as long as the coil can be made in reality.
