DIY Electic Lawnmower

Lamp in simulator is 1/4 HP electric motor mounted with turning shaft of motor pointed down to turn cutting blade horizontally.  Some electric motors need thrust bearing to operate in this position.  Motor shaft is threaded to take blade mounting and holding nut for mower blade.

Horizontal line below lamp is waterproof plywood deck to hold motor mount and guard for blade and four wood wheels could be made 2 inches wide and 6 inches diameter. Wood or tubing can be used for handle.  Bottom line is horizontal cutting blade.

Of course, blade should be balanced to cut down on vibration.

Most likely old mower deck could be modified to hold motor easier than make all wooden mower.  Make easy way to remove motor if using motor for other purposes.

Practical value using tool advantage is in my past work. Simulators should only be limited a person's imagination. I grew up along try to make do with little.
