Without the rise front syncronization it is composed by 6 gates because here in EC the triple input gates aren't present. It's a JK Flip Flop.

Oh .. i think they are not the same .. I mean this is not flip floping with clock .. You have to manualy close the switches .. I thought that this is not count as jk flip flops .. I saw jk flip flops that when you turn j and k both high the output toggles with one clock cycle .. I mean that

And just one more thing .. My circuit doesn't have any wire crossing .. Which makes it very easyer to make

Hunar, what you mean is a JK Master Slave. Its made with 2 jk ones.
