 Fun fuuuun. Just changing the path to a higher ohm resistor  and observing the  increase in voltage  because the lower battery  voltage   is no longer affecting the total voltage.  Is that an accurate  representation of real life?

Lower the voltage for the right side power supply to two volts to have led burn correctly. Don't need the other supply or resistor.

Oh I know about that. I just thought it was interesting when the left battery was given a higher resistor.. the circuits totally ignored it no longer droping the voltage in total and just using the 3 volt battery
