SDPT 1: Is the system turned on?
If no, do nothing. If yes, check the following.
SDPT 2: Radiological Sensors
SDPT 3: Light Sensors
SDPT 4: Seismic Sensors
If all above are yes, continue. If no, shut down.
SPST 1: Is contact with command available?
If yes, shut down. If no, launch control warheads.
