Low frequency vco, I made it for my job, for testing the line of speedometer. This is why I put the secondary op amp. I need 2 signal, one is the opposite of the first one. Someone know at what frequency could oscillate an lm358 with adapted component? I get more than 100Mhz in everycircuit but I don't think I could reproduce it in real.
