Adjust the power supply to 10 vac, 60 hz, put a 1m (micro not mega) farad capacitor across the input (right after the rectifier but before the resistor, then adjust the resistor to a 200 ohm. Now the voltage drop will be less than 0.001 volt

Thanks, but here I'm just demostrating the function of a full-wave bridge rectifier, I don't really care if there's any voltage drop as I'm not including a filter stage.
