Add a resistor (10k for instance) between ground and 1st input to fix it to 0V. Then modify relay voltage to 2.4V. Then modify time base to 20ms/s to get an easy view.

In a real circuit, you'd also want a diode across the relais coil, with anode towards ground, to protect the switch driver against self induction spikes. Those can kill the driver by overvoltage.
