Wow you have to learn a lot about electronics and should better start in the example section. Here this "looks" like a circuit, but unfortunately its just a drawing. A drawing without function, sorry but take this as honset advice and be a man dont start to cry.

i haven't even started any technical expertise on this drawing cuz it doen't make sense to spend to much effort to many components to many thinks to guess. But go ahead you give us your "technical expertise" if you think it makes sense. start at the left, lets see how far you come. Im afraid you are lost so is @vaiahakh and my recommendation is still valid for him and also for you Lenny. start with the example section, you too Lenny.
