This circuit can convert 4 bit digital data to analog output. The four switches represent binary input data. If switch is on then input is one else zero. Example for 1101 the first,second and fourth switch will be on and third switch will be off. We will obtain corresponding analog output voltage. Try for different inputs like 1111, 1000, 0101 and observe the output voltage.
