The LC is too fast, considering you set the transient time to 334 microseconds per second.

In reality is around 32khz using same values and lm358 opamp and is drowning around 1ma@5volts.

The 1k ohm resistor befor the battery negative maybe is too high and when the opamp is outputing high to turn the transistor the voltage powering the circuit drops to around 2volts, but with lower resistor the sinewave start to distort.
