Simple Mosfet BLDC Driver principle... I'm pretty new so help/tips are more then welcome (especially for the mosfets parameters)

A bldc is not just resistive its mostly inductive. Timing seems to be fine. The upper two MOSFETs are swaped in drain and source, and they must be much more powerful (please dont use relay like ones). Vgs is a little pessimistic. 2V is available. But driving them with 5V is also a little to optimistic. Cuz gate capacitance must also be taken into account and can easy in nano farad range. Most importante are the driving of the high side NMOSs which needs a higher gate voltage the your power supply, I set them to the limit to many available on the market max 20V. Better is a bootstrap or shifted zero volt potential to source of NMOS and set generator to 15V. Flyback diodes are also missing. Anyway, not tooooo bad for a begining 😉 here a first proposal http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5037066673192960
