The battery on the right is the one being charged. Designed to be connected to batteries below 13.4v. Charging stops at 14.4v, resumes when voltage drops below 13.4v again. Can be adjusted for different thresholds for use with different battery types/profiles. No current limiting in circuit, was designed to be used with a small solar panel, add a dummy load to the other relay contacts if you build it. Changed the led to only be on when charging.
