Assumption 1 the current flowing in both terminals is zero, input impedance is infinite. Assumption 2 the voltage difference between both terminals is zero so gain is infinite (represented by high 100kV/V parameter on opamp). Open loop gain voltage is determined by ratio of value of resistors. An oscilloscope display the voltage that can be picked up by a load.
