TPS3700 Window Comparator for Cell One

Considering this part for a LiFePO4 solar charge control circuit, so Just trying to understand if it will work...

It is cell one, e.g. on the bottom of a two cell stack. 

I need it to disconnect/connect battery at  2.94V  (UVLO, green LED) and connect the battery power to MCU after charging to 3.65V (blue LED), and disable charger (red LED)
