This circuit is intended to clean up a noisey power supply of 30volts and provide a quiet 24 VDC supply for a preamplifier.
The 100K in parallel with the current source is to imitate the finite impedance of a real current source.
In the real circuit the current source is made from a J112 jfet and a resistor.
