I need good figures for these components for max gain with no distortion.

First add a load a 10k should do. Second you need to recheck your bias and third increase the collector resistor little to maximise the gain.

I'm assuming this is supposed to be a common emitter setup? You might want to do some more research on how they work if that's the case.
