555 timer circuit tuned to 100mSec (cant go up to 1 Second domain in scope so just multiple resistors by 10 for ~1 second. This is the clock for the 4 cpunters that then send to outputs to the 7 segment decoder that counts from 0000 to 1111 and displays the corresponding segment.
Red is the MSB (Most Significant Bit/ left most bit) and Blue is the LSB (Least Significant Bit/ right most bit).
