Any reason for this "bruteforce" base emitter current feedback? Why not use a high ohm resistor? The amplitude of resonator is not importante because once it resonates it is precise enough to give the comparator the idea were to go. Anyway seems to be a much better solution for EC than the serial resonator one. This one i used for my DSB AM Modem example for clock regeneration and its working fine so far. Lets see if it can establish ;-)
