D Type flip flop using ideal N-MOSFET. Voltage source and switch is input, blue wire is output. Switching voltage controlled by Vth (0 V in this case)

It's mostly the same. Give a common input to S and the invert to R to get a D Type

I can live with your definition. However, for me a d type FF need a clock (static or edge) to Set or Reset.

Replace plain switch with clocked switch. You could put another transistor there, controlled by clock. For edge triggering, maybe a differentiated clock

I like your circuit, im new to this, how would i choose an enhancement mode N-channel mosfet. There only seems to be 2 in the list when there are 4 different types. Thanks
