This from elenco circuit. I wonder what it is. It seems to be a type of an oscillator. After I google so hard, I found the name. Its called simple tone generator.
It seems that the 10uF capacitor to gether with BJT create the oscillation, the frequency of which can be adjusted by potentiometer.
