BillyT, yes. But it still didn't yeld the right max voltage of 20V. It gives 18.6V. The project isn't mine, I'm just simulating to try to understand how it works, but I need to change diode and transistors parameters to fit to the real circuit ones.

There is a voltage drop on the transistors, increase the zener to compensate for this.

BillyT in the real thing there's a 20V zener diode, so it needs to work in 20. I found a lot of spice models in onsemi.com and I'm trying to change some of the unknown parameters to those found in these models (take a look in the diode parameters) and the output it's alread 0.2V higher. Thank you very much for the help.
