MOSFET with Body Diode

It seems like body diodes are not simulated in EveryCircuit. Thus here we have standard NMOS and PMOS switches but with the body diode.

It shows what happens if you reverse the Gate and Source.

Actually, EveryCircuit MOSFETs kinda do have body diodes, but they behave oddly, like their cut-in voltage is equal the the Gate-source threshold voltage.
