Op amp biasing

Biasing an OP amp to compensate for the lack of negative supply. The two OP amps act as inverting amplifiers, so the output waveform only changed size. I know most of the OP amps can't output more than 20mA, so it would be nice to place a biased transistor on the second output. This circuit is a simulation for an electronic stethoscope I'm making.
