Advanced Arduino Function Generator and Constant Current Power Supply

0 - 5V input(blue) on the top left is converted to -25V to +25V(orange). Adjust the maximum current(green) by setting the voltage on the top right(1V = 1A). My plan is to use one 12-bit DAC connected to the Arduino for the input voltage and one 8-bit DAC for the current control. For some reason the MOSFETs need 1kV to have a low resistance, what am I doing wrong?! Does that happen because of weird standard values of the MOSFETs? And I'm not shure if the circuit will work in real life anyway. And this is one of the first circuits I've ever made, so don't except it to be perfect.
