capacitor charger

i need to build a circuit so i wont overcharge my capacitors. im not sure if this will work in reality. the powersource for 1.2kv is very weak and i dont think it will be able to move a relay.
do you have any ideas of improvements or shuld i use LEDs and manual switches?
