Transistor tester with switch between PNP and NPN

It's simply transistor tester with switch. You can test PNP and NPN without changing circuit. If the LED diode is lit continuously or not at all after pressing the button, it means the transistor is damaged.

For the pnp transistor bias as a switch, the resistor needs to be on the collector not the emitter. Currently (lol) the Vce is 0.8v. To act as a proper switch Vce needs to be less than 0.2v. By simply changing the Re to Rc the Vce becomes 50mv which is less than the 0.2v.
