Whoa, what is happening (according to me) is that the B-C current causes the the emitter current due to saturation. Idk if this is true but I like your circuit!

It's reverse biased. This happens when: U(C) < U(B) < U(E).

That's why it has gone into the saturation region. The C-B junction is forward biased and this causes the emitter current to flow, similar to the collector current flow due to the forward biasing of the E-B junction. I had previously made such a circuit with BC547 but it got destroyed because of the low value resistors which I used for making it.
