You calculation of parallel resistance is not very precise. It actually 2353 Ohm or better 1/(1/5+1/10+1/8))*1000 = 2352.94 Ohm. Together with 8mA it gives 18.82V

10||8 is not 4 its a little bigger then 4! 8||8 would give exact 4

Rounding is a good thing, but not that much as you do. The first 3 digits should be valid as EC show them
