Base 10 counter

This is the second version of the counter I uploaded earlier, it counts base 10 up until the 100 then it’s represented as 0A and so on, I may upload a later revision that resets the memory at 99.

Hm.... Jumps from 8 to 11. Seems to need some rework. :)
