Data storage unit

This is a count-store circuit, basically, this circuit counts with counters, and also stores/displays the current number (numbers 0-256 in decimal [DEC]/0-FF in hexadecimal [HEX]) with D flip-flops, that's why a D flip-flop has a D in it, for Data.
