Li-ion 3.7v battery indicator with 2 leds 

When the battery is charged the green led is turning on
When the battery is empty the red led is turning on and the green turns off

In this experiment how to turn on RED LED?

If the voltage drops below ~3.9V red led goes on. However, zener are far from accurate enough to handle LiIon batteries!
