Note:malfunction since EC 2.18 
Yep that's it but don't expect a really big and well made one. 
Use the buttons under the led matrix to move the red led (spaceship) and shoot blue lasers (blue leds) when a laser hit an alien (purple leds) it will disappear. To reset it flip the logic source on the right of the leds and then flip it again.
I used all the space i can trying to minimize the gates used and this is the result (two weeks of work,i have lot of freetime lol)
