✴✴ Perfectly Stable ✴✴ To see the end result must wait a few seconds I've made changes to correct the energy expenditure. the initial current is ~ 10 A . Diode model 10A05 supports 10A.

Hola Jose, a few words about efficency: ~5Watt at all zener plus 7Watt at 3 upper resistors is in sum 12Watt! 12W to get 0.625W ouput power is not very efficient, right? And this is only for a constant 4kOhm load.

BTW, in spain you have 230V 50Hz, right? So the efficency will even worser if you take 325V peak into calculation

As for the circuit, I think it's unsafe! Also it is probably not very efficient. A capacitor feeder from the mains to a recitifier seems safer
