GPIO to VersaLogic sensor with PWM voltage reference

Converts GPIO PWM from 5V logic (or 3.3v) to a dc reference voltage between +5v and -12v. Then, for each port of the DUT, compares the port voltage to the reference and converts that to an appropriate GPIO level.
