1) Press OFF
2) Select UP or DOWN
3) Set TIME tenner first then oner...
<n> indicates UP
<u> indicates DOWN
< .> indicates TICKING
<n> + - => upper o ( UP cycle complete 00)
<u> + - => lower o (DOWN cycle complete 00)
TIMER stops at 00....you can start all over again
