This circuit shows the tenner and oner displays.
It LOOPS in TWO cycles.
In the first cycle it counts till 10 and in the second till 3. That means 0-19 and 20-23-0 to complete the daily cycle.
In my next circuit you see the 2 display assembly for minutes and seconds.
After that I'll try to get both together in one circuit.
