This is a simple relay that detects over-frequency and opens the circuit, it is based on active high pass filter. Threshold frequency is 51.5Hz beyond which the led turns red and relay will open the circuit
The circuit is not perfect but I'm trying to improve it as much as i can, i hope you like it
