Não sei como incluir o regulador de tensão 7805. Sou leigo. Como posso fazer?

I can see in the diagrams that the charger is not stabilized. This may cause trouble to a cellphone. In addition the capacitors are useless. I'm going to modify it, even if a 9v battery is expensive just to charge a cell phone. Nice idea though...
