Octopus circuit need help

Why does it say check circuit topology when I press the button

My first circuit just learning how to use everycircuit hook up to xy scope to test components will test for inductance resistance capacitance couldn't find a probe symbol so i used a switch for a probe

There is no component tester. You can just test resistance with an ohmmeter.

Because when you press button you connect ground to ground which is pointless and EC doesn't like it.
