How it works, once you build it, the 2 LEDs will glow a dim red (it's eyes)
now the button in the real circuit is not needed, the button simply bridges to test the circuit, on yours it will be 2 metal points, the positive terminal eg 3v rail, and the pin to the base of the first npn transistor ...
simply touch 1 pin with 1 hand then touch the other pin with your other hand, and as if by magic, the eyes glow!
the idea is you get your gf/bf to touch one pin, then you touch the other pin, and when you touch each others arm / hand /whatever lol, the eyes glow
if the eyes glow red, it must be love... right?
