now using an opamp to measure amps through the load and convert it to voltage.  1A is 1V.

set the voltage on the left comparator to control the duty cycle.

the left comparator reads the voltage from the upper opamp and controls the counter up or down.  the counter output is converted to analog and the right comparator converts this output to PWM
