3X12v10Ah SLAs. The lamp is the motor. The momentary switch is to precharge the capacitors in the motor controller before switching the pack on, without it the arcing at the switch contacts will eventually destroy them. On the far right is a voltage divider and 1k load and voltmeter. This is for a 3 wire digital voltmeter mounted on the handlebars. The supply for it has to be under 30v, hence the voltage divider. It has a built in voltage regulator so I didn't see the point of using another to power it.
