Press the uper botton the Capacitor will be shorted and the charge will be discharged through the shorted switch making the Voltage on the positive input of the Comparator zero, at this point capacitor starts charging again. Press the down botton to see the behaviour of the Capacitor when its connected to discharging resistor.
