Take out the "NOT" Gate, because of the poor input with one less logic gate. Nice job, :-) You did it perfect, but I wouldn't use the "NOT" gate, because it only has one input. "NOT" Gates is basically a 1-input "NAND" and "NOR" Gate.

Keep the NOT gate and even put a YES gate to make it perfect
