Ok, and this is even more. Its a passive RC lowpass filter and a diode peak detector and in between its suppose to be a opamp gain stage. To make it perfect, you should flip plus and minus terminals at opamp, because "never drive an opamp with positive feedback only, if you expect a linear behaviour". Keep it up!

Its not a low pass. You need the capacitor in the feedback section of the op amp
