Relay economizer controlled by a microcontroller

When the relay is actuated, automatically the circuit reduces the current supplied by the voltage source to minimize power dissipation. This was done by having an RC circuit connected to a schmitt inverter, by the time the capacitor charges to V and the inverter changes from high to low, the relay has been actuated. Resulting to a lower Ib, that will control the current through the relay. The logic source indicates the output state of the microcontroller to relay.
