Bias Point Analysis: Is = 5x10^-17 β = 100 Vτ = 0.026 Ic = Is*exp(Vbe/Vτ) = 1.1531mA Ib = Ic/β = 11.5313 μΑ Ιe = Ic + Ib = 1.1643 mA Vc = Vcc - Ic*Rc = 1.4232 V Small Signal Analysis: gm = Ic/Vτ = (1/22.5479) 1/Ω Rπ = β/gm = 2254.79 Ω Gain = Vout/Vin = -gm*Rc = -22.1750 (suppose Ro->Inf, so without Early Effect) Input Impedance: Rin = Rπ = 2254.79 Ω Ouput Impledance: Rout = Rc = 500 Ω Examples: Vin = 5 mV ptp then Vout_max = Vc + gm*Rc*Vin = 1.5341V Vout_min= Vc - gm*Rc*Vin = 1.3123 V
