Why you added diodes in the phase shift rc net? Search in ec for "phase shift oscillator", you will find working examples.

false!!!! It could be a new type of oscillator. the reason is that it does not meet the Barkhausen conditions

VHF oscillators using a CE transistor gain stage is impossible on EC because of interelement capacitances.

Diodes in serie with capacitors, for simulate a polarized capacitor. A test for it.
