Can anyone help. How can i make this a-stable ckt become steady after 3 pulse then reset when power is cut off.

A bit more circuitry, either a counter, and or a logic circuit.

Thanks BillyT. I am not that familiar with counters. Is it ok if you show me how I can connect a counter to this ckt. Hoping for your help.

Tried this it runs. But is there a way that i wont be using relays.
